This review is long overdue. After waiting over a month with the Kia dealership for a part, I turned to A&B Muffler and was thoroughly impressed. Their quote was three times less than Kia, and they swiftly ordered and delivered the part in just two days. I dropped off my vehicle the same day, they replaced the catalytic converter, and I picked it up on the same day. Subsequently, for other issues, they always accommodate me on the same day or the next. A&B always provide fast and quality service, making me a repeat customer. I rarely recommend or write reviews, but their consistent excellence deserves a 10/10.

Last year about a year ago I carried my van there to be repaired. I made it clear that I only wanted OEM parts. To make a long story short I will probably never get to use my van I have invested $19,000 in because directions were not followed. Seems with the hot weather if anything can go wrong it does. But cool in waiting room and they have good coffee while waiting. Got problem fixed and on road again in less then 30 minutes. And NO CHARGE!
